they were pushing over an innocent woman, and he was LEGALLY ALLOWED to have a concealed gun. he didn't do anything wrong, unless you count making sure someone is okay as a crime

They pushed a woman who was repeatedly told to stop interfering and refused. He is not legally allowed to carry a concealed weapon unless he has a permit n Minnesota and part of that permit requires you to comply with law enforcement and in some states declare you have it when contacted by law enforcement. Regardless of that it is not a good idea to carry a gun and go interfere with police. As a matter of fact it is STUPID. The one person who could have most prevented him being shot was him.
