You mean the cities that support him didn't allow illegal migrants to flood their towns, so there's no reason to send ICE there? Also tfym Dallas supports Trump? It's more conservative than most big cities but still leans very liberal.
If this were about race, the various towns I've grown up in would've been flooded with ICE agents from the beginning of this term, but nobody in those towns has even seen an ICE agent.
It's not racist to kick people out of the country if they were let in without due process and given preferential treatment over people who went through the due process. This is why many Mexicans and Hispanics ik voted for Trump this election, and several still support ICE. They know that if an ICE agent mistakes them for an illegal, they can show proof of citizenship. Anyone who cannot do this, of course they're terrified of ICE and will do anything to paint them as racist. Just like people too lazy to get voter ID and then they try to act like black people are too stupid to get voter ID so requiring it would be racist (even if Kamala required it to enter her rallies btw)
The ironic thing is a lot of anti-racist activists are the biggest racists alive. Assuming ICE is simply targeting all Hispanics is basically saying every hispanic is illegal (ofc, the left dodges this obstacle by then saying that no human is illegal on stolen land, which, by that logic, no country should have a border bc their land was once owned by someone else, and then everyone should just let their war enemies into their country since borders are racist). Assuming only white people can get voter ID is the same as saying only white people are intelligent enough to register for it, which is quite similar to the ideas that birthed white supremacy. All these anti-racists tell on themselves bc they're so desperate to oppose conservatives that they will use race to do so, and accidentally out themselves as racist.
Btw most of the cities you mentioned ICE being in have some of the highest crime rates in the US, and Chicago and NYC have been a mess for years. The national guard was sent in under Biden to deal with NYC crime and couldn't solve it. Chicago is so insane that Walmart left because they were getting all their products shoplifted and couldn't stop it, so it was no longer profitable to stay, and then people tried to say Walmart was racist and was trying to starve black people. If Chicago didn't have a crime problem, that wouldn't have happened. Solving crime solves that
