I can't hear you under the sound of all of those bogus lawsuits that were filed against Trump just before the 2024 elections. Did you forget about those or do think that they were all valid? The crazy part was one of the cases involved Trump having top secret documents at his home WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT. And at the same time Biden was "too old to be convicted" for having top secret documents in his house, garage and everywhere BEFORE HE WAS PRESIDENT. Do you understand the law? The president has the right to have top secret documents in his home. But ONLY the president. Not a senator, not the vice president, not the secretary of state. ONLY the president. Guess what that mean? It was a bogus lawsuit against Trump but Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden gets to walk free. Because Democrats get away with murder, they operate above the law.

The ONE lawsuit that actually resulted in a verdict was dismissed by a superior court for being a totally political verdict with no merit. That was that felony that Democrats are screaming from the tops of their lungs. It was a felony on a case where the statutes of limitations had run out and was only a misdemeanor but the just said there were "other circumstances" that caused him to bump it up to a felony and then never said a word what those "other circumstances" were. That's why it was thrown out in a superior court. But that didn't stop libs from shouting "FELON" at the tops of their lungs.

Not quite true. He can have documents at his White House residence, but he still has to take the prescribed protective measures. What he can't do is take them down to Mar-a-Lago and leave them laying all over the place, like in a shitter for instance.

He most certainly can take classified documents to his private home. You are right about special procedures and Trump did follow those procedures. He kept those documents in a safe.

Biden did NOT follow any procedure and as vice president he didn't have the right or authority to remove any classified documents from the government. And he didn't follow any protocol on maintaining their security. But he was ruled "too old to be prosecuted". When did that ever enter into jurisprudence? I always thought the law was that as long as you're not pushing up daisies you can be prosecuted and sent to prison. Even if you're given a life sentence and you die of old age the very next day.

Hillary wasn't even vice president when she had hundreds of classified documents on her private file server at home, which we know got hacked once. She didn't even get her hands slapped for that. If it was you or me we would be in prison right now.
