So what you are implying is only allowing a 3rd generation to vote? It's a little harsh, but takes a lot of voters out of the pool. That's like revolution ancestor voting rights depending on how old a family lived, more like WW1... Trying to calculate this out... But let's not forget the original people who were only recently considered to be people. In 1879 native Americans became people. That's two generations ago from being legally considered animal, to human and given the same rights as man. When it comes to a country being over powered by people and given piticular rights it would be interesting to see how someone belonging to a tribe feels in a modern invasion era that has been going on and rapidly progressing since the invention of the air plane. The whole immigration issue voting is a real thing. The save America act might have problems, especially if the government were to transfer to Tribal leaders, or fall to the 574 federally recognized tribal nations in America.
