He didn't have to. Obama won all of the blue hemorrhoid cities where the illegals congregate. Why would he have sent ice in to remove his voting block?

Obama didn’t need to because cities cooperated with ICE and turned over convicted illegal immigrants to them. Today, sanctuary cities release them to the public so ICE has to hunt them down.
