Haha, that's the only time an unborn baby matters to the dems, I've heard of instances where a man kills his pregnant girlfriend and gets two murder charges, one for her and one for the baby.
Which always makes me scratch my head as to why that might be, an unborn baby only counts as a human when murdered by someone other than it's own mother.
