CINEMA SPOTS
Color cinema came first, well before color television. The first practical color films using three-strip Technicolor appeared in the early 1930s, with major feature films like The Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind released in 1939.Color television, on the other hand, began commercial broadcasts in the United States only in 1953 (NTSC system), but widespread adoption didn’t happen until the mid-1960s in the US and much later in many other countries (1970s–1980s).
