I have no idea who the woman in the insert is. I've seen a number of videos and stories, from a number of different sources, but never seen that one.

I waited for numerous sources before commenting publicly.

Same here, but at the beginning of the media deluge, she was the face of Renee Good, I think because of a similar vehicle. The biggest drawback of waiting for facts is that the next created crisis has hit and the last crisis is fading from view. Rinse and repeat.

-From 0:45 mark, Renee is parked completely horizontal in the street honking incessantly, not at the angle you display in your still photo, yet... that happens later.
-At 2:35 mark, *allegedly Agent Donovan Ross pulls around behind Renee' and parks at the angle seen in your still shot.

Your meme is now out of order of the sequence of events that factually are observable as occurred.

Mind you these are icy road conditions, that are demonstrated by officers that are standing or walking slipping around. Not ideal conditions for safety of pedestrians, Becca included to be near a moving car

I'm not comfortable watching such videos, even though the worst part in this is usually shielded from view, but still...

She deliberately accelerated into an ICE agent. Interesting that leftists think that consequences should not apply to them and that federal agents should allow themselves to be run over.

Maybe ice should hire people who can follow rules...or pass a written test

The vehicle in the front was driven by an ICE agent.
Doesn't seem to be stuck in the snow.
The other vehicle was being driven by Renee Good.
What was she supposed to do?
What would you do?

She was told to shut off the engine and step out of the car. Not only did she fail to do so but she deliberately tried to escape and ran into an ICE agent in an attempt to murder him. The rest is history caught on several different videos.

From what I seen she just panicked and try to get away. Doesn't look like as she was deliberately going at him, in fact her car was turning towards the right, as opposed to the left or straight which would be more directly going into him.

...as Renee was already parked initially, pulling back and forth for several minutes and honking incessantly. She did not come upon the other vehicle as you assume. It pulled around her and all Agent Ross likely was going to do was write her a Citation.

Why do I say this? Well, after walking around her rig to get her license plate off the back as it was absent on the front, and taking a verbal tongue lashing by Becca, he reaches into his car to logically grab his citation book, with Becca Right up behind him Filming video with her phone right in his space.
As he approaches Renee from the front of her rig, other officers had already ordered her out of her car.
It gets worse after that.

She put herself in that position deliberately. It's part of a tactic anti-ICE has used a lot in the recent past, where they block ICE vehicles in order to ambush ICE officers. ICE officers watch for it closely and try to disburse the vehicles used this way quickly. The press doesn't print it, but protesters have hurt as many detainees as ICE officers when they've done it. It isn't just about the safety of the LEOs, it's also for the safety of the immigrants.

Even MN law states an officer has the right to use lethal force if they feel endangered by the vehicle operator... Walz signed the law in 2020.

...what if an officer feels that another law enforcement officer, or a public bystander is endangered by the vehicle being operated by someone wielding it in an unsafe or reckless manner ?

*Good thing that the other officer stating 3x "Get out of the car", with his arm in her window wasn't endangered by Renee throwing it in Reverse, and backing up with him attached, making him
Hooky-Bob alongside her, whilst Becca attempted to get in on the passenger side simultaneously.
