I have been around a great many restricted areas in my life in both military and civilian environments and never yet have received automatic kill orders outside of gate duty or gangplank duty. Don't play that military card with ME.
She was breaking into a restricted area. If that area had been succesfully breached the insurrectionists would have swarmed in and carried out their death threats. Deadly force was certainly called for.
