...for allegedly they perceived WideSpread Election Fraud in several States; Hastily altering Voting rules by anything but their state legislators thereof as prescribed specifically in Article 1 Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution

...and using a pandemic to pursue these other avenues while government lockdowns were in place, that does not excuse ignoring the provisions for such changes within the Ratified Constitution.
