Our leftist collective would take umbrage with this meme -- while privately many of them probably approve of such a traditional leftist approach to 'dealing' with dissent.
Death is a leftist goal, if they can't murder a baby before it is born, they will try and kill it as a teen with drugs and if that fails, use violent criminals to target them as adult. And blame Trump for all of it.
