My understanding of the gender affirming care, treatment, and drugs for minors is as follows. It’s turned out that hormone therapy has not been that effective for changing adults from one sex to the other. So somebody got the idea that maybe it would be effective if it was begun before puberty. Hence, the idea that kids need to be transitioned with drugs before puberty is complete. There has been no evidence to support these drugs working in kids. It’s all one giant experiment.

There is plenty of evidence that it does irreversible harm, mostly from overseas studies, they do not hide nearly as much as American owned companies. As far as changing sex it is at best a pretend solution to a problem that doesn't exist. The ability to switch sexes is impossible and there is no need to try.

I wouldn't say impossible. It might be possible with gene therapy and genetic editing through mRNA shots.

I believe with enough treatments, meds, surgeries etc it is possible to fool someone that you are meeting later in life. I have known only two people that tried to transition both killed themselves. You can lay blame a lot of places, but I will always believe wondering if they did the right thing did them in.

Used to be doctors would tread very, VERY carefully when a child entering puberty has something go sideways like hormones not producing/producing too much during that time. Doctors didn't want to make things worse if not irreversible if the wrong combo of pills is used.

Now we got quacks handing out hormone drugs/hormone blockers like they frickin' candy.

The left is a cancer, like you pointed out doctors, scientists, and other professionals have all taken hits on their reputations because they blindly followed the will of the dims.

I live in the big NY, NY - HQ Central to 'the Movement.' We have more people from it than you have people living in your entire county, than you've seen people in your entire life. I've known more of them than you ever could if you spent the rest of your days living on Sullivan Street. And I don't even know two people that got transitioned, let alone killed themselves because of it.

Heck, according to you, you live in an area where those people actually have a greater chance of being beaten to death by the locals than getting transitioned. Beaten to death by the locals. Beaten to death. By the locals.
