H.R.5371 - Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026 has no major changes to any healthcare. All it's doing is providing temporary funding for the government by extending federal appropriations into fiscal year 2026. There are no new major initiatives on it at all. That's why it's being called "clean".
Interesting thing about that: The Big Beautiful Bill Act was passed but now the clean Continuing Resolution to continue to fund the government and avoid a shutdown hasn't been. Seems weird to me.
