Leftists did not stop with Confederate memorials. Leftists have torn down Lincoln memorials, also. What does that tell you? They won't stop until they have destroyed all American history. Read "1984"

There were no racists in 1860. There was a racial caste system. Lincoln didn't destroy the South. After Lincoln was assassinated, the Radical Republicans in Congress tried to punish the South. Not sure what "Reich Emulsifiers" are, or what "whitewashing archives" refers to.

The North destroyed the South's economy in order to make it economically dependent and thus less likely and able to try to secede again.

Did the same thing in Puerto Rico three decades later after taking over. Obliterated its main economy, sugar cane. To this day the federal government would rather dole out excessive qualities of money to grow sugarcane in artificial conditions in Florida rather than just let it do its own thing in Puerto Rico naturally and with more acreage than anyone could need. Obama's basketball court was never a problem for anyone. Of all the renovations to the While House, why pick on Trump's ballroom? This is the trivial crap our representatives are fighting about? Where are the adults in the room?

Trump's ballroom (it's his? Now what does that say?) is not not a renovation, it is a destruction of an entire wing to replace it with something that is nearly twice the size of the White House and its wings itself. 90,000 square feet compared to 50,000.
