That you don't want to bring back the era where a woman had to have a husband in order to open a checking account or have a credit card. Or get fired because they were pregnant. Or make it so banks only gave loans to black people if they bought homes in specific areas.

In this pretend world of yours, how do you stop those things like preventing a woman from being fired because she's pregnant. Or black. Or Asian. Or making sure she can open a bank account without having to be married to a man?
Because even in your pretend world those racist bigoted pieces of shit still exist. They still get into positions of power and enacted their shitty bigoted racists agendas.
How do you stop that from happening without providing a legal framework enforced by the State and Federal Governments?
Those people say things like "let's get rid of regulations" and "let's get rid of taxes" as a means to enact their racist BS. Because they really mean "get rid of the regulations that stop me from firing the black people." and "I don't want to pay taxes that are used to care for black people."
