Why is it the left's fault? Trump said he would end the war on day one. Trump is so easily played by Putin and should never have been the one to try to make a Ukraine peace deal! Trump's summit was a major FLOP! He's trying to get a Nobel Peace Prize, now it will never happen.

Imagine if you will the United States losing Texas and most of the gulf coast states to an invasion, you wouldn't really want to make peace and lose those states forever, would you?

Based on how many US servicemen died in Vietnam vs Ukraine I would argue that we have at the very least learned to keep our distance.
