Should get rid of districts altogether and have the entire state vote on all of them.

Yeah because removing the dead, people in jail, illegal immigrants, and people who moved out of the district/state from the voting rolls can never affect the lines. . .oh, wait, it does because there is now less people and the lines needs to be redrawn.
