She’s the scapegoat that the authorities went after… what can I say? It was the distraction needed while everyone was wondering how in the world the authorities allowed Epstein to either be murdered in his cell or off himself.

Someone who wants to kill themself will find a way regardless of how closely they're monitored. As for Maxwell being a scapegoat, she was his busted dead-to-rights accomplice -there's no scapegoat about it. Frankly, given her facilitative, procurative involvement, the fact that she only got 20 years tends to qualify as a light sentence.

My point still remains valid. If she had anything whatsoever on Trump being intimately involved in any sexual activity whatsoever, she would have parlayed that information already and secured some kind of favorable deal.
