... Ok do I need to say why this is a bad argument
To bad I'm doing it anyway

1-Trumps a convicted felon
2-Trumps.doing something called: not applying the constitution
Which puts the real criminals in jail (mostly) but skipping it is a very bad idea

Because something like due process is kinda to.help us not get accused and sentenced with no trial

1. Trumps convictions are in the process of being overturned in the appellate courts.
2. Look for "public danger". It's the exception that let's cops arrest you without a warrant if you are waving guns in public or driving drunk.
