2: That's clearly not a real gun. It looks 3D printed and someone else stated that, yes, it is 3D printed.
3: Should we choose to ignore every other point, your argument works with every gun, because, let's face it, kids are dumb, and if they think it might be fun they're gonna pick it up. The paint changes nothing.
