False. Illegal immigrants have no legal standing in the US.

If they have no legal status then how are they illegal? If the laws don't apply to them, then how can they be criminals?

Also, the Constitution does not exempt non-citizens. Nor does it say it only applies to citizens. Throughout the document it says "Person."

Here's an example. The 5th Amendment: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

See how it says "no person" and NOT "no citizen"? Do you see how the Constitution says it applies to Every. Single. Person. and not just citizens?

You missed some important parts "or public danger" pretty sure wife beating and stabbing cops falls under that.
Also "due process of law" the law is clear Trump can deport them because they are a member of MS-13 a terrorist organization.
All clear and above board.

Oh? It's clear and above board? How did they prove he was a member of a gang? Show me the trial transcripts.

The judges already determined that 3 times. Please try to keep up.

Show it to me. Convictions are public record. Should be easy for you to link here.

Whether Elian's deportation was right or wrong is one thing, but he did receive the due process because he had multiple court cases and subsequent appeals. Anyone making a comparison to the Elian Gonzalez case is wrong.

Elian got his days in court to prove his case.

You know, if you'd taken the time to do a moment of research about Elian Gonzalez you'd have found this archived story from the BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/685472.stm

Why is that story important? It talks about the court case and how the judge dismissed the asylum claim. And if you'd done even the tinest bit more you'd have found that there were multiple court cases, appeals, and rejections.

All of which means Elian received the Due Process of the Law as mandated by the Constitution.

But you didn't do any of that. Instead you made that response. One you probably heard from someone else.
