That sounds great on paper, but without DEI programs, there is nothing preventing employers from discriminating against certain groups. As much as you people deny it, racism still exists. The point of DEI isn’t to hire people just because they’re black. It is claimed that removing DEI will give everyone equal opportunities, but it would really have the opposite effect

The law prevents employers form discriminating based on race. We do not need diversity, we need qualification, no matter who.
