Getting harassed is one thing, and outside agitators certainly aren't a welcome bonus, but Trump has threatened to cut off funding to schools where there are demonstrations of any sort as well as deport any foreign students demonstrating. Oh, and send in the military. To just shoot them in the leg.
Not sure why schools like Columbia that aren't exactly remotely near going broke are getting funding in the first place, but that's funding from all these schools that should be cut because it's waste, not because some students said that they don't like the Israeli occupation and genocide of Palestinians.
