Since you’ll have to ration resources it is only natural that those who can’t produce anymore should be denied necessities nice they are incapable of contributing to society, or even killed off to keep them from draining resources.

No no no, communism means all necessities are free. As in a communal society

But there’s only so many resources. To ensure the survival of the group, they have to be allocated to those who will produce the most. This means the weak, those with mental conditions or physical health problems and the elderly are going to have to do without.

Imagine there's 30 cookies and 30 people. 29 cookies are given to one person wjkle the other 29 people fight over the crumbs of the last one. And some people get criticized for not giving their crumbs away. But I'd rather take a cookie from the one person who has 29 and give it to someone

Key word is “given.” Maybe there was a condition involved from the giver, like “do so many chores” and one person did most of the chores while the other 29 played video games all day. If that one person who did all the chores is rewarded for it how is that unjust? To claim someone has too much of something that he worked for is to say that we have no right to own our work. To claim we are entitled to what we did not work for is to claim someone else is not entitled to what he worked for.

Did you ever consider that humans are meant to work?

Hierarchy is serving others. By working a job you serve the public. If you’re against hierarchy I would assume you know how to fix a roof, or plumbing, or a vehicle since you should never hire someone to work on your house or vehicle (or your parents never should) because that would make you their master during the time they work for you.
