I hate it. I don't hate women and minorities that can meet requirements and are successful. I do hate when women and minorities get hired when they aren't qualified and can't do the job.

How about "I don't like when people make mistakes on hiring someone who isnt qualified" cause some woman and minorities are better then some of the men and vise versa

I don't hate diversity. I don't hate inclusion. I do hate equity. Equity is equality of outcomes no matter how hard you work. I do love equality. I do hate what they have done in the name DEI.

Do you know what equity is. Equity is giving people what they need so everyone has the same experience or same stuff or playing field

No, it's requirements and boosting that gives equality of outcome.
We don't need that. We need a robust justice system that will prosecute persecution and discrimination when it happens. We don't need to require a certain number of people in certain positions or pass people through college that can't pass the tests. We need people that want to do the work that are qualified with no regard for their sex or race.

Ok 👌🏼 DEI was making sure that in cases those people where being treated fairly,payed fairly ect ect.
