I read this in a media article, so take it for what that's worth, but Fauci didn't have Secret Service protection, he had private security paid for by we the taxpayers.

So all Trump really needs to do is have the private security firm change the 'Bill To' name/address to Dr. Death, and Dr. D should be good.
