So, this meme contends that 46,000 Gazans = 7,407,675 Gazans

BRILLIANT !

Ah, a qualifier over semantics. The unknown, and ungiven was the qualifier.

Could the Adjusted for Population be a comparison with other variables than the United States?

Could it be Adjusted for World Population ?

Could it be Adjusted for Canadian Population ?

Could it be Adjusted for the Population of Mexico City, or the Aztec Club of 1847 ?

Not gonna take on the Role of the Fool one may see in the Mirror if one were to look squarely.

One might Best attribute that moniker where it belongs, or not?

Thanks for the attempt at a correction. If you'll notice I stated "seems like" as I was "unsure" where you were going with that calculation provided in reply, without fully disclosing all variables upfront, especially that hidden one which denotes a lack of full disclosure. 

Yet, let's just say that USA population as a factor was aloofly omitted, and leave it at that.

Repeat it often enough to make it sound like facts. Fact is (sad as it may be) Israel is one for one in civilian / terrorist deaths. Pretty impressive numbers considering the efforts made to combat terrorist whom use Palestinians as shields.
