Except 10/1/2017 Las Vegas attack which got swept under the rug faster than Biden can walk away from a podium.

I think you realize now if you had a case you would've brought it and I'm sure you would've won. But you didn't, did you? That's because you don't have a case. You just don't. You can't go by "hints." That's not how the law works at all. Everything has to be black and white. You can't read back transcript and pretend the person meant something other than what he said. No reasonable person will follow it.

You see, this is the trouble. If there were a case you would've brought it. You didn't, did you?

What was the inciting thing he said?

It's more of a jury decision on whether he incited it, but when he said those things, he knew there were people willing to cause damage if he hinted at it. Telling his supporters that the government was against them by "rigging" the election would do nothing but cause hatred for the government. He told them to go to the capital and he knew they were already mad at the government. I think he knew what was going to happen.

Incitement doesn't mean saying, "Hey guys, let's go burn this building to the ground", incitement is hinting at doing something.
