Lack of loyalty to the constitution? Who?
Why Biden pardoned his son going back to 2014? I don't know nor do I care. Go ask Biden.
Presidential pardon's meant for people in jail? Where does it say that?
Here's the relevant part of the Constitution: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Please point to the part that says the receiver of the pardon must do jail time?
Were you just as upset about "loyalty to the Constitution" when Trump pardoned Joe Arpaio? Because the pardon was issued after the conviction but before the sentencing could be carried out.
D'Souza got a pardon in 2018 from a conviction in 2014. He never actually went to prison. He had to report to a half-way house.
Micheal Flynn? His pardon was granted just after his conviction but before sentencing could be decided
Are you just as upset about those?
I am gonna premptively Press X to Doubt.
