From what I've heard, when someone has a crime that they can charge, they may have evidence that shows that he did the crime. The problem rests whether
a) the evidence is admissable in court
b) they have enough evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
In the case with Matt Gaetz, I'm hearing that it's B. With Hunter's Laptop, it failed A.

I kinda wish he wasn't. Because other conservatives was sure he was guilty of a crime that could track to Joe Biden. They kept saying they had all the conclusive evidence. So, turns out that we didn't have it, and now they soiled Joe Biden in the sake of political theatre without so much as an acknowledgement of the result of the investigations on whether or not it was conclusive one way or the other.

Sure... the FBI had the laptop in Dec 2019 and verified it was his... The Post story came out in Sept/Oct 2020. 51 Intelligence officers LIED about it being Russian disinformation, organized by Blinken... 60 were supposed to sign the letter, but 9 didn't want to lie... The laptop confirmed Joe was the Big Guy getting money for government influence... All you have are MSM lies and innuendo...
