Correct... the courts refused to hear any evidence, hiding being a bs legal argument that stated you needed to bring your stolen election case BEFORE the election.  So that's what's happening now... cases are being filed BEFORE the election and dems are panicked they have to find other ways to cheat this time.

The new scheme uncovered in Lancaster County mirrors a similar operation that Michigan police investigated in 2020 that was referred to the FBI, which has yet to announce any arrests or charges.

It "names 'GBI Strategies' as the organization engaged in is widespread, systemic voter fraud. The Tennessee group is heavily connected to the Biden campaign and various Democrat campaign committees."

GBI Strategies is part of Compmo Group which has operations in 20 states and provides efforts in 7 other states.....

@7.ups thinks Trump isn't a convicted felon until after the appeal. The article he posted a link to states: "He's guilty of felony crimes but not quite a convicted felon — at least not until he gets his official sentence." That's scheduled for Nov. 26th.

He was found guilty of felony in a fake court with a biased judge and jury by a compromised prosecutor who still had to block counter evidence and twist the law to bypass the expired statute of limitations.

It will be easily overturned on appeal.

He’s being sentenced by the same biased judge who should be disbarred.



Legal analysts say the case should have been thrown out.  The statute of limitations long expired but, since the whole point of the trial was an attempt to influence the election, they created the faux trial this year instead of when they could have tried him legally.



Anyone who doesn’t suffer from TDS knows this, which is why you don’t.

Convicted Trump will be sentenced on November 26th for his fraud in the Stormy Daniels hush money case. The judge may lock him up! Sorry, but that's how the courts work for criminals.

He'll officially be a convicted felon on 11/26. I think his sentencing was deliberately planned for after the election so that if he loses, he'll be sentenced to prison where he can't organize another insurrection. They'll release him after Harris gets inaugurated.

I think they delayed sentencing to reduce embarrassment for Harris. She will probably use the technicality that “he wasn’t a convicted felon at the time” when the media asks her how she feels about losing to a convicted felon.
