There are states who are now prepared to overturn their own election results and hand them over to Trump like he wanted them to do in 2020. So even Kamala wins both the popular and Electoral College, she still might not.

He should have been prepared with alternates in advance, not this fake announcement a couple of weeks before the election. Same goes with the rest of the trials.
Haven't I been saying this? I've been saying this since 2021. Everybody said he was going to go to jail by now. I said we're lucky if any of these trials begin by the election, and they certainly won't include by it. And even if found guilty, he is not going to jail, ever. In all these cases the chief witness is also the fall guy, so if anyone goes to prison, it's them.
