I'm pretty sure she didn't lock up anyone while in college and those that she did lock up as a prosecuter were probably for more than just smoking it.

I've read in the 7 years as a prosecuter she sent roughly 3x less people to the clink than the previous guy did for weed charges in the 8 years he was in the position... ( for distribution/ intent to sell, etc)
