Yeah, I am enjoying the housing market - I sold my place in Texas for around $235k more than I paid for it in January, bought my place in Washington for $120k less than it was worth due to the local market, and have watched it appreciate by around $35k over the last 7 months.

I'll admit, that 20% permanent tax cut the GOP gave me in 2017 has made dealing with the inflation caused by our national recovery from Trump's stupid trade wars, tariffs, and bungling of the pandemic more bearable.
