The irony is that Frederick Douglass would have instantly had a problem with DEI and would have immediately seen it for what it was, rather than call people racist for noticing it too.

The attack is not on successful people and what they earned.

Women have no respect for other women who sleep their way to the top, while more qualified and hard-working individuals get passed over. Both women and men generally have no respect for morally bankrupt politicians who sacrifice their values, manipulate people, and work a corrupt system simply to accumulate power.

Kinda harsh to Melania, don't you think? Her companionship is what she had to parlay into a life that she wanted, and, honestly, she's clearly suffered due to the bargain she made (and it is really funny to see how much she tries to avoid the guy she had to sleep with to get to the top: Remember how she didn't want to live in the White House? Notice how she avoids the campaign trail?).
