They're not, and they can't be because human failings are just that. Human, but certainly not political.

If there was some way to keep score of all the amoral, illegal, etc. activities done by our politicians, it would have to be pretty much 50/50 between the two major political parties. It goes in waves sometimes, but these numbers tend to normalize over time.
