Actually 2-3 jobs is more common in Biden Harris administration than it's ever been. Not because of education or vocational training - but because of inflation.
Example: John worked 40 hours a week, because that was enough. Inflation happened, wages were increased for the industry he works in, and his hours were reduced to 25. Now he has to get another job because even though he's making more per hour - he's getting less hours. With the scheduling availability - he finds two more jobs that give him 10 hours a week. Now he works 45 hours a week.
It's pretty common amongst the lower paying positions in the country.
