It upsets them to see those that entered illegally are given freebies and hand-outs while they were required to work, provide for themselves, and prove that they were an asset to society.

When people flee a bad situation and then those that created the bad situation are allowed to bring that nonsense to their new country, THAT negatively affects them, and you, and everybody you know, and everybody else.

What else would eliminate the problem would be a wall and STRICT enforcement of existing laws. Jailing offenders of our immigration laws should do the trick.
