In their own abstract, they say " probable mechanisms of action". They offer no firm data or conclusions. They don't say that ivermectin works and this is maybe how it works.
What they are saying is "IF" it works, this is "PROBABLY" how it works.
They don't claim ivermectin works. Not once. They do claim that they have likely put together a means by how it might be working.
