I did not used to believe all conspiracies about vote rigging, but with all the lies coming from our government it's getting easier and easier to believe. Our government pissed away its credibility, creating a dangerous situation. Vote rigging or not, greater election transparency would be a good thing.

Local election boards aren't all run by Democrats is the point - the federal (OUR) government doesn't count the ballots, local election boards (the vast majority of which are run by Republicans) do.

Every state has a different process. Why does any of this matter? The fact that the last election was so foggy and people have doubts is the problem. Credibility is the problem. So many lies have been exposed. We need more transparency, and government officials should not lie.

People don't have doubts about the election though - I can't think of a single person elected on the same ballots who's called into question their own results, or even voters demanding recounts of local and state offices elected using the same ballots and voting machines.
