Upvoted. Of course the Dem's leadership knows this . . . which is why all these sham trials with stacked leftist juries rigged and run by hand-picked leftist hanging judges.

It's only the regular Dem Party citizens still capable of being fooled into thinking that these charges are legitimate and the trials run fairly, and that they will succeed in stopping Trump with them.

Socialism is all bad. History proves it. Ask Argentina. A social safety net is not the same as socialism. The only thing I like about Trump is that he stands up to the Establishment. Biden is the corrupt Establishment. The case against Trump was ridiculously biased.

How was it biased? Saying “you’re too indoctrinated to see it” or anything of the like is not a valid answer

President Trump was convicted of an accounting violation. Payment to Stormy Daniels through Cohen was labeled as a legal expense instead of a campaign expense.

Was elevated to a felony because of “intent” to conceal another crime. The 3 elevating crimes were tax evasion, falsifying business records, and interfering with elections. They were not disclosed until the final arguments. Jurors were instructed to pick one of the 3 crimes. They did not have to agree on which crime Trump was guilty of.

The prosecution did not need to prove these 3 crimes were committed — only that there was the “intent” to commit or conceal an additional crime. The only witness for "intent" was Michael Cohen. Cohen admitted lying to Congress and stealing $50K from Donald Trump.
