What makes me laugh are the left wingers on this site that whole heartedly think the trial was 100% fair and no politcal agenda was being employed.

But if we all decided to agree on something we could still make it happen. If all republicans said, I'm sick of this shit. I'll vote third party if you vote third party, most would agree and then we'd both have a chance at like... maybe not old stupid guys running the country.

It would be difficult to find someone that could balance the special interest groups and keep them happy. Also we would have to revamp the Media and stop with the constant opinion pieces and force them to report actual news and facts. It would be quite an undertaking for someone to really do that. Not to mention all the corruption that is bought and paid for by the industrial military complex and Big phama/Oil. I just don't see that road ever opening, and in my heart I see a dystopian future ahead of America.

I bet a guy that would shift the power to the states could please everyone. If the national government only focused on legally protecting human rights and maintaining the national army, I think it could work. The states would be responsible for funding the army as they see fit and our national taxes would only go for maintaining our human rights. not the army.

Also if we got rid of monopolies and said luxury companies can have 50% of a market, but news stations only 15%. and restricted any one person from owning over 15% of a market in stock/company affiliation, then that would diversify news.

We only reach disaster if we give up. Things will never be perfect, but they can be better. If we just all worked together we'd find a solution. There's too many of us to fail.

I can stand behind all that. Any fool knows you can not reach the stars, but it does not stop wise men from trying.

I wouldn't worry about it. The higher courts will take one look and throw it out.
