The concept/thought that "everyone should be able to own a home" is the biggest fallacy of our age. Not everyone can/should be able to own a home...It takes HARD work and a GOOD job, that PAYS WELL to own and keep a home. Upping the minimum wage for example only means that the price of homes will increase. So tired of people not getting this very simple concept. And before you start bashing me, I worked THREE JOBS AT 20 years old to afford a basic starter home for my new family...I didn't ask anyone for anything or DEMAND anything as my RIGHT.
