Recent revelations by the Georgia Election Board regarding double scanned ballots and missing ballot images from the 2020 election got the headlines. But what nobody is talking about is that these revelations prove that on January 6th, 2020 Trump was acting in his official capacity as President when he asked Georgia Officials to look into election fraud claims. This means he wasn't trying to overturn an election, he was doing his job as POTUS to protect American elections.
This impacts not only the bogus RICO charges in GA, but also his immunity case in Washington DC.
