It is not racist to recognize the facts when you analyze the statistics! Black men account for 51% of the murder in this country. Blacks make up 16% of the US population. So, 8% of the country are black males. Then you remove the infants, small children, already incarcerated, and the elderly. You are left with roughly 2% of the population that are responsible for 51% the murders in this country!

That’s not analysis, that’s extrapolation. When you said, “Black men account for 51% of the murder in this country,” you interpreted it as “The reason this group commits 51% of all murders is because they are Black Men.” That’s assuming causation when clearly that’s not the case. There could be several different variables that make the data look that way, such as socioeconomic status, access to healthcare, access to weapons, etc.

Instead of investigating further into why a potential outlier is the way it is, you made an immediate assumption on it. And keep in mind, I’m not calling you a racist, but that assumption you made in your interpretation is racist

I gave zero input into the reasons that they are statistically the highest percentage of murderers in this country. But access to weapons. The overwhelming majority of these crimes are being committed in major blue cities with the strictest gun laws. So if you are arguing that stricter gun laws are part of the problem....? I also have no clue how not having health care can lead someone to murder? No one in this country has mental health care which I believe is what you are referring to. Which according to statistics 17.1% of blacks live in poverty compared to 8.6% of whites. So your mathematical analysis falls apart because they are only twice as poor yet account for approx. 9x the murders. Which makes it sound a lot like you are arguing it is a cultural bias in their community when it comes to seeking help. Data analysis is looking at the numbers and the numbers only. Extrapolation is when you insert personal bias as to what the numbers actually mean.

I was only suggesting alternatives to the interpretation you implied in your first post. Also, there is no statistical difference between crime rates between urban and rural areas, I’ve done actual statistical analyses on that.

I believe in racial equality and blind justice across racial lines. If it is considered racist to point out that people of color are being held to a lower standard or being given privilege's based on their social economic standing or skin color that is not what we have. You commenting racism to a post that points out the fact that blacks are actually held to a lower burden than whites. Actually shows your racism and systemic bias towards anyone that dare speak out about the actual inequalities between the races.

I hardly think they are held to any lower standard. And as long as we are talking on privilege based on skin color and socioeconomic status, that does exist, just not in the way you are proposing. I’m not defending it’s existence, and I am against inequality as well, but what you see as “inequality” is really just a bad faith argument that serves to continue the cycle of white and rich privilege rather than restore equality

Equality under the law! The racism is charging white parents while thousands of parents of color are not held to the same standard. How many gang members parents know they are part of a criminal organization (gangs) and knowingly turn a blind eye to felonies like murder, mob action, extortion? I am just asking for everyone to be held to the exact same standard!

Blacks aren't usually charged with crimes. They are more likely to be victims of vigilante justice. Which is why their murder rate is so high.

From other blacks! 51% of the murders in this country are committed by blacks that are 16% of the population!

And if you break that down even more, males do most of the murders, so 8% of the population is committing 50+% of total homicides per year.
