You're missing the message here. Illegal immigrants are of course classified as illegal, but they're not banned. The law means nothing when not enforced. The meme goes beyond recognizing someone as an illegal immigrant. This is about banishing said illegals back to their country of domicile and requiring them to follow legal means to become U.S. citizens. He!!, Biden is flying them in under our noses and mocking America.
