Anybody that doesn't want voters identified to ensure they only vote once, that someone else doesn't vote in their stead, and that they live in the voting district, is involved in manipulating the results.

From what I gather from situations and reports over the last few years, Georgia is rife with voting anomalies on all levels - city, county, state, federal.

There is no fee to register to vote and receive a voter registration card.

This form of voter ID costs nothing and arguing against requiring presentation of this card at the time of voting is ridiculous and highly suspect.
