Same standard of justice - one just handed the documents over while the other hid them, made false statements, and engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.

Exactly, two standards.

One took the documents when he had no authority to possess them at all, meaning he illegally took them. The other took them when he did have the authority to possess them, and had the power to classify and declassify any document.

We both know which is which, and of course with feckless toad Merrick Garland running the DOJ, the one who took them when he was not allowed to have them, will suffer no consequences.

And that, my left tilting friend, is the absolute definition of a two tiered justice system.

Patently false - Biden as VP had the clearance to possess the documents, which is how they ended up packed in boxes from his office.

Trump on the other hand knew what he had the whole time, showed them to foreign nationals, lied about possessing them, and obstructed attempts to return them to the government.

Same standard, only one was blatantly criminal.
