You are now banned from school board meetings

I can remember a time in the 1990s when Bay Area forces wanted to ban homeschooled children from any public event at any public school, but naturally they were simultaneously happy for the city to keep collecting tax money from county homeschooler parents. Much respect to the good parents who put in extra so their children can be homeschooled or attend a vetted private school.

I know a school district that takes 385 mill to operate a year and I estimated the number equils to bout 150 k per student. Mind boggling.

At that number...roughly 2500 students... that is 1 high school in our district!! Rotflmao!!

385 million is NOTHING!!!!

In rural area that's including everyone in elementary middle and highschool. So yes that about right. That's what I calculated if each grade had 125 to 135 students. Which is the baseline in our rural district.

Granted 25 years ago they operated the same amount of students on 475 k. But I guess every student needs a charter buss, and doctoral teachers.

Chartering a bus and pushing that maintenance, fuel, and liability to the vendor is cost effective.

I would want all of the teachers to be the highest qualified that they could find....so whats wromg with a highly educated teacher? You must keep in mind that the high school principal of 2500 might be making 115k. Dr. World History isn't making anything close to that!

In my state they work as a principle and have a seat in the legleslature. I don't think you need a doctoral degree to teach football or music. In fact you don't need to be a doctor to teach kindergarten. It's just for the money and ego. Some of the worst teachers I've meet and know are bad because they have a doctoral degree and a big ego, but hate kids. Idk.... Have one of those in the family ... Really high up on a pedestal..... But has little common sense.... Book smarts can only get a person so far untill they realize the world around them is a ghetto full of drug addicts, hobos and blue collar workers. All while believing it's ok because it's not them.

Please, considering an ordinance CANNOT trample on ANY CONSTITUITONALLY GIVEN RIGHT , i am not certain what you are saying....clarify....as passing a local county prdinance does not take a supreme court fight....but you knew this.
