Forcing people to change languages is a dumb idea since it can definitely cause revolutions.

Or squash them. Language is intentionally manipulated to help prevent wrongthink. You can have a "wrong" idea if you don't have the language to express it.

Imo, I don't think you should force people to learn a new language. I think you should encourage them instead.

We're aren't talking about completely new languages (like learning a second language to bebilingual).
We're talking about altering and manipulating the language we're currently using, so that once inocuous words are now controversial, mean new things entirely, so that the words to express "wrong" ideas doesn't even exist.

If people think English is their only target then guess again. The Spanish translation for Spider-Man 2 video game was at first 'gender neutral'.

Mentally ill. . .as someone who was depressed, I can safely say the pronoun game is the least of a mentally ill person's worries.

Depression and anxiety and PTSD here. I answer to whatever someone calls me. I have probably 12 different nicknames depending on who I'm hanging out with and grew up equally hilariously insulting and being insulted by friends.

Mentally ill people are forcing others to change how others communicate. For example - not using someone's preferred pronouns... To lots of people who do the pronoun thing - not using their pronouns is literal violence to them.

Honestly, the problem lies more with in pronoun mixing and neopronouns, those are the ones actually threatening the english language.

Yeah, I can only recommend you to read a bit about the whole Epstein island case, come to your own conclusion but as for me, no one in the 1% is innocent, all of them have had their willys where they should never be.

well, I think there's much more to the whole Epstein island than just having sex with underage girls. I think it was more about getting blackmail on others. Because the virtua that these people are already billionaires and at that strata, a simple phone call to one of the people, they can get anything they want. They don't need Epstein to help them get girls, but they do need Epstein to get dirt on their competitors. The fact that Epstein's island was set on fire the week after he was arrested, while the young girls are all still alive, let's you know where the actual dirt was.

(i use they/he but im not aggressive about it so violence is v extreme to me)
